Check your connection, account file-size limit, and selected file. Keep the page open while uploading. Try a shorter clip or a supported video format if needed. URL imports can fail when the source is unavailable or restricted; use a permitted local copy instead.
“The video voice is not clear”
Check that the clip contains enough clear speech and that music does not drown it out. Basic trial accounts use automatic language recognition; manually select the known source language only when your account offers that option. Improve the source or choose a clearer speech segment. A built-in dubbing voice cannot recover words missed during transcription.
The dubbed voice sounds wrong
Correct the captions and target language first. For a noisy source, switch from Voice cloning to Male voice or Female voice, or record a clean sample of your own voice. Use Dubbing only if original audio is leaking through. Review the cost before regenerating.
The language is not available for dubbing
Subtitle translation and dubbing do not necessarily support the same language choices. Use an available dubbing target or export captions without dubbing. Do not change the source language simply to bypass the restriction.
A job is already running
Wait for the existing upload, translation, dubbing, or rendering job to complete. Check the workspace status and any completion email. Avoid repeated submissions while the same file is processing.
The download has old captions or wrong audio
Confirm that edits were saved and that you exported the correct language version. An old burned-in download does not update automatically. If you changed spoken text, regenerate the dub before exporting. Listen to the downloaded file rather than relying only on its filename.
Contact support with useful details
Include your device and browser, video title, source and target languages, the action you tried, the exact error, and the approximate time. A screenshot of the relevant controls can help. Avoid including passwords, private video content, or payment details unnecessarily.
